it just happened is there a special key u got to press to get it back i use the button below the caps lock, i press it to get caps lock instant instead of pressing caps lock if u get me i can get question mark either so got to b something i pressed the keyboard is bran new

help me please

thats wat i am on abt the keyboard bran new and its got to be settings iam on windows xp as u can see the keyboard is working probualy i just cant use the shift key like i cant get the money sign on star sign get me

Take the hole computer back, you shouldn't own one by the sounds of it.

Does the shift button on the other side of the keyboard work ? Under the Enter button ? If not, it sounds fucked
