Hi Peeps,
the meshing in my front bumper is disgusting !!!! Its gone all black and manky...Ive tried using soapy water, and metal cleaner - but nothing helps...Even tried Alloy wheel cleaner - does nothing...

Any ideas...ITS ONLY ROAD GRIME FOR GOD SAKE !!!!

U mean Fairy power spray !!!

would replace it but its gonna be a B*STARD to do coz I had the mesh siliconed, body fillered, and fibreglassed on back of the bumper...

Any other ideas apart from Fairy power spray ???

bbq lighter fuel and a paintbrush, just make sure you wash it with soapy water after!

Use Muc Off - it's a bike cleaner made by a bike company called X-lite you can buy it in bike shops... I have loads of the stuff and it works a treat at this sort of thing. Though it its so dirty that you can't even get it off with alloy wheel cleaner you are probably going to replace it and take better care of your car in future.

Ive got a stainless steel mesh which stays reasonalbly clean anyway but i recently used wonder wheels on it as it was looking a bit dull and it came up like new
