Took my famaly upto blackpool yesterday to see the lights, took the dogs too...although it was a bit of a sqeeze in the boot
I dropped my parents off at south shore witht the dogs and went chippy.Had my blue angel eyes on with dipped beam just crusing at about 10mph when i see blue flashing lights behind me You know the feeling? My sister absoulutley shit herself.....i was just calm as i knew the car was completely legal.I did a quick check she was wearing a seat belt.....then i thought to myself...wtf He came to the window and had a moan about me blue angel eyes, told me to get in car....i told him everything....that i never new they where illegal, i was down here with famaly...and i had only passed my test 3 days ago....but the twat issued me with a £30 fine....i never showed an attutude..i was polite.Lol, wait for this!....so i turn round and head back up north to pick my parents up.....i tell them what has just happend....they get in the car and the same copper drives passed......i was parked on the double yellows....so i shit it and told everyone to hurry the fuck up cos hes turning around! then i fucking notice!! the bastard has a left tailamp out! hes pulled me for a lighting offence, and hes got one himself! He does not end up turning round and fucks off somwhere....i tried to find him but no luck...we went cop station but they could not do anything

They said at the station "the guy who pulled u over is on a differnet radio freq so we carnt pull him in, nothing can be done"

I had a feeling they might of been, but never really looked into it.I never even bought them, they where a birthday gift because the front ones needed replacing cos the brackets where fucked on em.The guy who sold them my dad said that you'll be very unlucky to get a fine....because most will just give warnings...but come on!! i had my licence 3 days....i was down blackpool with famaly having a good time I've even built in a switch, i turn them off on the motorway!..i dont see the problem....the coppers car at the end of the day....was more dangerous to others...then my blue angel eyes!

The guy who sold your dad them lights was right, you would be very unlucky to get a fine. Guess what, you were unlucky cause you got pulled over by a Traffic cop. As you can see by the name they deal with traffic all day and they don't make exceptions for nobody. If one of them pull you over the best your looking at is a £30 fine.
If you were pulled over by a normal car they wouldn't know what to give you a ticket for so they'd just probably give you a warning.
Bit harsh you got a ticket but just suck it up and het over it

dont get me wrong as theres no one i cant stand more , but if there illegal surly ur in the wrong? i know its a bit petty of them but thats what uve got to expect when u have a modified car. police dont like them because of the neds in there ned`ed up mobiles that fuck it up for us. just live with it . end of day its only £30 , nothing to cry about really is it
