Thats all good until your ammo runs out, the British Army does not use the 7.62mm that the M60 uses so therefore you would be screwed.

You need 5.56 weapons so that you can ambush army convoys and steal there ammo and weapons.

SA80, Minimi, they are used by British Army.

M16 also uses 5.56.

AK47 uses 7.62mm

I am going to live in a pill box, 3 foot thick conrete metal reinforced walls, going to cover it in soil to keep it warm in the nuclear winter.

There is a digger I will be using in the farmers yard just 200 metres from the pill box.
