i was a few feet away not reall drivin like a cunt he just slammed brakes on ... so did i , i had more weight in car so tok longer to stop

It might not be much damage but the insurance company may write it off if the car isn't worth much (no offence CC).

not tellin insurence cos its not in my name so im guna try get it all repaired... ill get a pic from under bonnet so u can see its badly caved in

I thought you had to tell insurance even if you don't claim?
