All Sony, just short of 900. Theyre coming to set the lot up for us and mount the speakers around the room.

I got a 30" LCD Phillips widescreen
Mission 75 series floor standing front speakers and centre speaker, with Mission M3ds rears all being run by a Denon 1905 amp
I'm pretty happy with the results

theres a man that knows his cinema gear
what do you think of the 1905 AV amp? Looks good though and offers alot of features, although i always thought the 1905 supported THX? :S
The speakers are good aswell, although shame mission have gone down hill abit - but my 760's are pukka and you cant go wrong with Denon either, especially considering my bros Denon gear (amp + cd player) is still going strong after 12 years

We have a sony 32" we got in 1998, flatscreen, awesome picture quality for its age. We're running a budget setup with Mission 701 speakers pretty good volume.
I have the beast setup tho, NAD C350 amp with 3-way custom designed speakers

My system:
24" Philips Widescreen
Sony STR DE485E amp reciever
Mordaunt Short MS904 floor standers
Mordaunt Short 304c centre
Mordaunt Short 302 rears
Wouldn't mind a sub but it's fairly bassy as it is. Also looking to get a new TV, maybe an LCD one.

you got piccies and spec of the speakers?
NAD....that brings back memories. Havnt seen anyone sell NAD gear for ages...but they used to be pretty good, although they were more power than sound quality, but still

I used Vifa 25mm metal dome tweeter, Vifa 16.5cm paper cone mid/bass woofer, and a Vifa 10" bass woofer in a sealed enclosure. Custom made crossover... bit boring did it ages ago and lost pics of it

From Argos maybe lol......why would he want a plasma anyway--- they are unreliable, inferior to lcd and will be useless when the gasses run out.
Either buy a good make of lcd, or stick with a conventional tv
