getting a 1.6 16v. Plans are -
cams
pulleys
inlet manifold
chipped
ss exhaust

what kinda bhp could i expect n anythin else people recomend??

264, as you dont need pocketed pistons, anything higer and i think you do

ok, you will have to get omex or dta style management ot run pullies i would estimate that you would be about 10-140bhp i have similar spec and have 138bhp.

b a standard 1.6, not priced it all yet, got better job now with potential for good money doing some homers
decided against new car, no point sellin up afta the money av already spent, mite as well achieve a dream

well i am driving around in a standard 1.2 at the moment got engine n new brakes organised for £500 gonna fit it myself :/ first things will be inlet manifold and an exhaust

if you can get hold of an inlet :S manztel is no longer (think its them), gonna cost a fortune but good luck
