30 years time mate, you'll be paying for a bigger house, so it wont be all paid for it never stops i dont think! Worrying thought, isnt it.

Some places you can get houses for £700 but thats the Ruff as fuk area where i grew up
i live in a not to bad area (well what i class as not bad)
at the end of the day the area's only bad if you not used to it......

mine worth about £65,000
i payed £18,000 .......

Sale of the fookin century!

I just remember reading an article in a local newspaper bout how you can get a house for 10k in oldham that would cost bout 100k where I live, and I dont even live in that posh of an area!

Good idea though especially if its where youve grown up cause once the house is paid for your near enough free to spend you wages as you like!!

i could go and buy a house about 5 mins down the road for £700 -£1500, same in Bradford there places there you can buy houses cheap as chips.

with the house prices going up the cheapest (half decent area) is about £40k now a days in oldham (unless its the getto).
Robbie Fowler got him self a full street of about 50 houses about 10 mins from my house

Im in 2 minds about getting my own place, I get everything at home with folks and everything done for me, my own space etc and it costs fuck all, great for saving money too with no bills etc, ive got enough money saved in high interest accounts and shares to buy 1 those streets in Oldham....not that id want to
