My aunti had an argument with one of her neighbours so they parked their car across her drive and refused to move it. My dad went round in a 4x4 and towed it away and left it in the middle of the road

i remember being blocked in
i was parked legally against the kurb, but some twat parked infront of me, blocking someones drive, and there was a car parked behind me..

think it took me 9 turns to get out, could have done it in less, but didn't wanna risk touching bumpers!

and the bus driver stopped to watch me get out!

but yea, back to the point, u can move the car if its blocking access.

Get enough people & as long as its not in gear lift it from the rear & roll it out the way.
Me, my dad & his mate had to do this one time to an Escort van.

i have a way to get out of a car park space where someone is ttoo close to the front of you and someone up your ass,

1- Select first gear and keep foot on clutch
2- Pull up hard on handbrake
3- Fully lock the steering in the direction you want to go,
4- Rev the bollocks off the engine
5- Check your mirrors
6- Dump the clutch perform a sideways moving burnout

*disclaimer: dont attempt if you have a shit handbrake, or if you own a 1.2. or a RWD/4WD car

Good Luck
