Take the window runner out, two bolts at the bottom and then pull it downwards inside the door.

There's two bolts on the back of the handle, undo them and the lock mechanism will come away, you'll proboably need to undo the rods which is fiddly, the rods bend at the end and the clip sits on the 90 degree bent bit and rotates around to clip on to a bit of rod, flick it off there and it'll come free.
When the metal black plate is out of the way the handle is just held on to the door with little ramps of plastic which will give when lent on.

The rod for the handle will just lift out I think. The one for the locking thing will need clipping off.

Yeah stays attached to the handle. The rod is only long enough to go from the handle to the door stay, about 9 inches or so?
