I need a new car. want a nippy estate car

max 9k with low as possible milage younger than 6 years

volvo V70 (AWD)
impreza wagon
VR4 estate (do they make one)
Omega MV6 estate
Laguna V6 Estate
saab 9-5
mondeo ST200

A4 avant too expensive can't think of any others. have to be rather big. a good TDi would be considered too

Audi A4 TDI

Dunno if you can get the TDI 150 for 9K but there nice and fast.

Omega's are good as they depreciate really bad, so you can pick up a nice car for fairly cheap

Think saab would be a good buy,

a thinking mans car.

on the estates, the rear shocks tend to go at high mileage and some models had a gear box fault that was only sorted if you went to them.

the aero was one of my fav cars but dont expect wonders on the handling.
