most of u probably know by now that my car got impounded a few weeks ago cos i apparantly ran a copper over. well guess what happened last nite again? 
i was driving thru town centre goin around 20-25mph. a car came racing up behind me and put his full beam on so i slowed down and crept round at 5mph for a bit. i saw a cop van infront parked up waiting for me so i took a left and drove normally for about 1/2mile. this car was still following me and then i noticed the cop van behind that. i parked up and got out to have a word with this car. it was a fuckin undercover 
he got out and staright away told me that he is goin to impound my car for driving too slow. i went fuckin mental, and got pinned up by these 2cops and chucked me in their van. because of me driving 5mph cos of some dickhead behind me touching my rear bumper i have now got the following...
80quid charge for swearing and yet another caution
105quid for impounding my car, looks like theyre goin to have it a few days aswell so add 12quid a day too that
my car is being fully investigated. i have 2 bold tyres on the front and was told that ill be gettin 120quid fine and 6 points for it.
and i have got to pay to get my car towed to the nearest garage to get fixed.
i am in court this afternoon looking to get another 3points, so i will have 15 by the end of the day so probably a 12month ban?
i admit i deserve points for my tyres, but the cops had no right in impounded my car in the first place. it wasnt till later he noticed the tyres.
i cnt stand these coppers, theyv been telling all my mates that one day soon they will get me off the road, well theyve finally done it.
my mate got caught speeding and recieved 3points and a 60quid fine. i got caught driving too slow and had a reason for it and recieved all of this
so fucking annoyed

PMSL driving slow is an offence 
however I do believe you might have a case for harrasment

get yourself a good solicitor and go about doing them for harasment...
write EVERYTHING thats happend for the start on paper.....

its a small town and every copper knows who i am and i am constantly being pulled over for stupid stuff like this and unfairly treated. but what do u suggest i do. i cnt exactly go to the cop shop and complain about the coppers cos theyl jst tell me to fuck off like the last time i did it.

Why can't you go and complain?
Maybe you've got such an attitude with the Police, every time you have an encounter you're either cocky or arrogant to the point they make your life hell.

this is true, i treat cops like shit cos thats how they treat me. however, last nite i got my car impounded before i even spoke.
i cnt afford to get a solicitor to get this sorted. im already looking at around 500quid all toegether in fines

Find out which station they work at, clock what cars they have. get some plates made the same as theirs and borrow a car of the same type and colour........
Then fly through every speed trap in the area!

i admit i have an attitude probelm towards police. but this isnt an offence. they are doing me for the most stupid things. round town i am never speeding, never have music on loud, dnt have a loud exhaust. make no nuisance what so ever but they still want me off the road. last year i did cause some shit and iv been dealt for with that, but its been months since iv done out illegal but they wer determined to get me banned. theres nufin i can do about it. im banned now, no matter how much i complain i still wont have a license. theres no point anyway, cos all iv got to do is drive in town for 2minutes and car is impounded again.
i am a cock with them but they seriosuly need to reallise that it isnt a game for me anymore, theyre recking my life whilst theyre just laughing at me

Attitude can be everything sometimes thou, if you catch a copper on a bad day, and you give them lip then they have the power to punish you for it.
Its sucks but its the way the system works

if ur driving too slow surely a telling off would had done or maybe at the most some small fine. but no, they impounded my car. in my view that is totally wrong, im sure others will agree? and note that my attitude had nufin to do with this, as they impounded it b4 i spoke!

Just a thought... but maybe u have got a bad name for yourself.. driving like a nob around town... ? There are a few well known cars round here that fly by 60+ on 30 roads everyone knows them.. everyone hates them... Just a thought..
