is this true i think he is telling a porky pie
128,bhp standard but this is running at approx 168,bhp Very fast car
Engine Modifications
Very Big Ram Air Vauxhall Performace Induction Kit (please see photo attached)
Engine was rebulit by a mate before the car was on the road, uprated pistons and kingcam which gives the car approx 25bhp and a further 15bhp from the exchaust and induction kit.
**
This car is very fast beats rs turbos off the start no problem, has a top end of 145mph. my girlfriend has owned this car for the past 8 months but is clearly too fast for her. this car has not had a hard life.

168 bhp
I bet with that Bfo cone though it sounds like it has around 168 cos it is mahoosive, it's probably about 125bhp - 130bhp cos he hasn't even changed the inlet manifold.

I asked him a question about the car...
I asked...
quote: Do you have any rolling-road graphs & printouts for the power from this car? I'm curious how much torque the engine is also pushing out (lb/ft) Cheers
He replied...
quote: my mate built the engine in the car and hes worked for vauxhall for the last sevrn years building engines for touring cars. this is what he told me. anythink else i dont know. your more than welcome to come and veiw and take it for a spin.

I'm also thinking that it's 125 bhp-ish at least.
At the CTC power-meeting at freddycane there was a standard Corsa X16XE with open-air filter and changed exhaust which gave 119BHP!

There's no local rolling road. The closest would be SCS/Harvey Gibbs in Peterborough which is about 30 mins away and would need booking in well in advance.
