Looks clean but get rid of the bonnet and boot then slam it on 8 wide cossie rims std looks best

As for tunning you've got an uprated blower so thats a good start. set or low comp pistons, ferringdon rods arp rod bolts and head bolts, Kent cam and raise the boost and if money allows get mapple management system as you've already gto EFi. Also when tunning look to getting a stage 2 bernie box minimum

Or do a |ZVH conversion for reliability or the grand daddy Zetec turbo route

If it was me i'd stick with the 1600 lump and do all the above

well he said he's got a T3 turbo only escorts and cossies had them fiestas had t25's

Also ford boxes are shite and break easily and as the fiesta had the same power output as the escort minus the LSD (I dont know what ford where thinking) he would deffo need an uprated box if he was to rune. Std box start getting iffy around the 170 bhp mark

And fiestas where EFi managed oposed to the escort monotronic

ignor fad he's could talk allday about modding ford gearboxes

IMO you only need a stage 2 box if you plan on doing full boost standing starts on the or at or at santa pod etc

my mate jims RST is running 286bhp on the standard managment and injection system at 28 psi

it did destroy a standard gearbox at one point, but now uses a diesel casing and S1 ratios and diff
