went dvla yesterday, the reg was transferred straight away. last night i was driving round town, and surprisingly the cops have not pulled me over

i also got bored on thursday and kind of 'modded' the interior

im still waiting for my points. ill be on the road for about another month i reckon. i only bought the car for a run about till then and when i get banned changes will happen

well i was going to sell the bumpers and basically make it a GSi replica, small wheels and cage it. but the more iv been looking at the stupidly large fibreglass crap stuck to the front of my car im beginning to like it. so new plans are...

change rear bumper
re-fit all the kit
17" (maybe 18s) chromes
coilovers
iv taken the rear out so i have room for an install.
iv also found a valver to buy so ill chuck that in and chrome all the engine bay up

all this will happen during my ban, until then it will stay like it is now

Surely it will be hard to get insured on a modded valver at 19/20 just after a ban? Just interested in how much insurance will be?

il think about that one when the time comes



paul - im using my old harnesses, the red was a bit too bright for my liking. the cars been idleing at 2.5k and been mis-fireing like fcuk. all it needed was a temp sender switch. its all running sweet now, hopefully be a bit faster too.

hows the paxo doing?

lol now on 17s cleaned the mesh up engine is sweet one of the back brakes is still sticking a bit

ye its the nearside rear brake that sticks. probably needs calliper unseizing. just wondering, do u knw offset on those masitaly wheels?

ye at first it is shocking, but the more u look at it u get used to it. not my taste at all but its growing on me

still tho, that rear bumper is absoluty crap

ye rear bumper is definetly going.

i know the reg wasnt a wise thing to put on, cos now the police know tht im back, but its worth it i think

there is a air horn on it i think one of the wires behind the bumper on the compressor has come off tho also r lass told me i forgot to put the bolt back on the steering wheel i was going to change it but couldnt get it off so give up just dont want it coming off on u
