(disclaimer: sorry drew another ford orrientated post)


Engine
Power engineering Low comp 1600cc CVH, +0.5 oversized Mahle Pistons, Lightened and balanced, with machined flywheel, ARP big end bolts
Power engineering stage 3 big valve head +1.5mm oversized inlet and +1.0mm exhaust valves; gas flowed, ported and polished, with matching inlet, the head has had a full overhaul by Karl Norris at the end of last year, this included new valve guides, full clean – re-lapped valve seats and re-ported, basically the head looked like new. (I have pictures when I got it back)
Piper 285T Cam
Piper Vernier pulley
Double valve springs
Anti Pump lifters
Genuine Ford head gasket and head bolts
Stage 3 oil cooled Cosworth spec hybrid turbo 55 trim wheel with a 48-exhaust housing
-31 Actuator
3 Way Bleed Valve
Power Engineering Chip
Rev limiter raised to 7200rpm
Aquamist MF2 5th Injector using Cosworth green injector
Baileys DV26 dump valve
K&N Induction filter
Pace large front mounted intercooler with reverse charge carrier (nicely donated by Pace from the Performance Ford feature)
Samco and Roose Motorsport silicon hoses
NGK 9 plugs
Ford Motorsport leads
Cosworth Fuel pump
Deflex poly bush kit
Baileys Header-tank and oil separator
Fusion Fabrication, cam cover, heater box, catch tank, servo cover,
Chrome Inlet, Rocker cover, and other engine detailing

25psi max boost, estimated to be 240bhp after being setup by Karl Norris at the end of last year

Transmission
Up-rated LSD gearbox (just over a year old)
AP Racing 4 paddle clutch
B&M Quick shift

Suspension
Gaz adjustable Coilovers (not yet fitted, brand new in the box, the car is currently running Koni's)
Front and rear strut brace (to be fitted, the rear strut brace is a 50mm fusion, the front is a sparco)

Wheels & Tyres
16” OZ Super Torismo’s (unmarked as new)
Yokohoma 205/40/16 tyres A539’s

Brakes
ST170 front brake Callipers and Disc (less then 3 weeks old)
Rear drums with up-rated shoes. (I have 2wd rear disc kit ready to fit, with brand new genuine ford callipers)
The ABS is fully connected, with new belts and working perfectly fine, I had plans to re-route the ABS out when I have fitted my rear disc conversion.

Exterior
90 spec front bumper
90 spec spoiler
De-badged and Smoothed bonnet
Colour coded mirrors and door handles
De-badged rear
Genuine Ford Light covers (new 6 months ago)

Interior
Full Leather re-trim including door cards
RS Option 3 spoke steering wheel
Lockwood white dials
Ford Racing Autometer boost, oil, temp voltage gauge in nomad pod.

no once ive been in a s2 that wants to torque steer across the lanes of the dartford tunnel on full thottle, i dont want anything less
