right the estate i live on was finished being built 7 month ago, since then they STILL havent resurfaced the roads even though recieving complains off majority of people who live here. theres huge potholes which you cannot avoid driving through, its ruining tyres, suspension and not to mention gettin soo many stone chips on car as roads are that bad. other than complain AGAIN (but we've trie this), anything we can do?? its getting beyond a joke now

Funny that my road was being done by them when we first moved in, they took months and months to sort it.

As I couldn't actually get the car over the pot holes due to the bumpers catching. They laid down steel platform things so the cars could get over them due to so many complaints.

The reason I couldn't make it over -

its just a pain in the arse, spend money on a car and the roads arent doing it any good at all. persimmon builders are tossers like, every day for the past few months theyve moved shit loads of construction exquipment into our street, painted lines on the roads as if theyre goina start it, do like 5 minutes work (literally) then sit round talkin all day till its time to go home. ting is we live in narrow street and the amount of times theyve scratched peoples cars bringin huge diggers etc through

Sounds like they are still working on the estate then? Think the only thing you can do is to get together with your neighbours and pester the building company - keep ringing their head office and complain, etc.

Council are only responsible iirc after the final surfacing has been done......your arguement is still with the builder im afraid!! Builders are great at taking your money but not so great at giving anything back or getting things like that done!!

Is there still houses for sale?? Sales office open??? Get some banners made up and stick them in your windows, then watch them squirm

Saying that I heard of a bloke that parked his Land Rover outside covered inside with stuff slating the builder because he wasnt happy with his house...it sat there for a few days then 'someone' burnt it out
