at bruntingthorp proving grounds today. Just got back, was ace day in the MR2

Cant beleive how much grip the old girl has, 185/60 R14 remoulds , little 10mm anti roll bar and a set of koni adj dampers with spax springs. kept throwing it into the first corner at 100mph+ and it didnt even twitch, corsa would have gone straight into the field at that speed

Most of the time i was pushing quite hard i, obviously not the quickest thing on the straights, but come the corners i was kept finding myself behind MR2 turbos and Supras

the toyota owners club is huge, very proffesional. On the day some bird did a handbrake turn in one of the carparks and then sped off before the marshals could catch her. I was on the TOC forum before and theres a thread saying shes been banned from the forums and future events for it

i dont care, its so much fun to drive. it was also a lot quicker than cars it really shouldnt have been, maybe it was my 'i dont give a fuck about this car' driving attitude
