mate recons that u can have throttle bodies and a turbo on the same engine is this true i said it aint but could some one tell me why!!!

Has been done! Was a fellow i sweden who did that with an old manta iirc! Have a few videos somewhere! Its sound is amazing...

yes it can be done but pretty pointless to be honest not worht the £££ for the BHP gains you get. There was a Manta in TV which had a LET with TB's running a Getrag loutus Carlton G/box and was soooo powerfull it couldnt be accurately rolling roaded

why did they mount the engine the other way around?? surely it would have been more a git to mount up to g/box etc etc
and if it was to make room for the TBs, then surely it would have been easier to cut into the firewall etc (looks like they had to anyways)??

The engine is obviously mounted the other way around because it's RWD or 4WD!

aye, maybe its RWD, because i would have thought it would have been easier to use vaux's 4wd system that mating up another system (like a cossy's etc).

Dont think Pulsar GTI-Rs have throttle bodies and a turbo.
Engine is an SR20DET, same as what was in my old Nissan 200sx and I know that didnt have throttle bodies. Definitely only had one throttle body!

it might be setup different in the pulsar... but i agrree with stu thats its 1 inlet in a 200sx( a big fcuk off one) i only seen about 10 of them last week at the drifting.....
