Its the £1600 exchange thing at vauxhall; think its a new top end and a re-con bottom end.
Will be on the road in just under 4 months now; but then gotta run the engine in for a couple of K's. Its killing me havin it just sat there

You serious? Mav's Gsi cost around that, and this is a completely recon'd XE in Matt C's old car (beautiful interior, etc, etc). Plus it's much newer too...

tbh Mine has an insurance valuation of £4500 - agreed with the Insurers and certified - so if your going for an agreed valuation insurance policy - yours has to be worth more than mine

Deadly serious. Mav's GSI lookalike cost 2k didn't it?
This car looks awful though. The engine has been transplanted and untested (?) and had problems last time i read about it.. It's had 3 owners in the past couple of months. Why have none of these owners ran the engine in?

enigine is runnig fine; car hasnt been run in cos Matt lost interest and Craig had it stored at Beardy's for 4months with the plan of puttin TB's on it.
And a standard 1999 sport with that millage is worth £2.5K

tbh, i would say 4-5k tops...remember its a corsa at the end of the day, and as soon as you start hitting 5+, there are better things to have for the cash, especially an S reg car

Agreed between 4-5k would be a good price.

Well i think i will put the insurance value at £5k then cos i can easily justify why it worth that with all the mods declared
