On our PC's at work they have blocked the address bar.
Im sure I have seen a site where you can acces sites by using another IP address & it gave you a address bar.
Anyone know the site?

Erm, Dixons cool.
There's a few little _ _ _ things at the bottom of the first page, i THINK (was about 6 months ago) click on one of them, takes you to an old cool site, then go to suppliers, toshiba
Something like that anyway

You sure the address bar is 'blocked' and not just turned off in the Toolbar menu?
Get someone to email you a shortcut to Google, open it up, and browse to any site that you want to via Google..

if u want to get to other sites without having an address bar...
Open Word (if u have it) type in www.yahoo.com for example and then press Crtl and click on the url...it'll then open up in ur browser on that page

Just what i was thinking or use this format in note pad
<A href="http://media2.dumpalink.com/media/eqmf25GWDPeu/TgbgDByJYQip.mpg"> pool </A>
change the http part to the address you want and the section after the > is just what the link will say and then save the document as .htm and then click on the link.
bit long winded tho.

Start -> Run -> Programs -> Accessories -> Calculator
Click on the Help Menu, and go to Help Topics. In the Help Topics window that appears, right-click on the menu-bar right at the top and select Jump to URL...
Voila, type in an address, click OK, and it "should" open up the website in IE (or whichever browser you have as default).
