as i got a flat tyre up at Maxlive a few weeks ago i needed to get a new tyre as mine got damaged (had to drive a short distance on the tyre and it has fooked it)
i went to 2 local tyre places and each has quoted a nutty price for a new "budget" tyre
£75 fitted
£90 fitted
ATS were the more expencive..
so i have spoken to Jazz at TopGear in StAlbans and he has said £45 fitted for a Nankang...
much more like it
FFS why are these places soo expencive ???

So long as they are 'W' rated or above it's fine. You don't get low profile tyres that aren't rated for high speed really anyway. On a plus note, mine are ZR rated so I can drive my car at over 200mph if I like

You could get a better deal for Toyos off of Toyo at a guess... Remember mine were only £40 each

proxes are good, the toyo r888 is one the best track day and dry weather tyres out these days!
or goodyear eagles, michelin pilots, pirelli p zero!
Crap tyres is just pointless, it defeats the point of trying to make a car handle better
