Not sure I understand this game/software/way of life. Do you have to do everything perfectly and just pretend its real?

If it was me Id just boost the plane full throttle through the docking area, across the grass (taking out a few luggage trolleys on the way), and when I was reaching the fence pull the fuck up and take off before trying to loop the loop and barrel roll

Flying it normally would be like waiting at the traffic lights in GTA San An. A bit

everyone is different, i get enjoyment from this, knowing that i safely flew 200 passengers 2000miles to their holiday and made a perfect landing. i get shaky after a long flight because i realise if i screw up the landing, i have wasted the last 2 hours of my life. adrenalin really kicks in. not as good as the real thing though

So can you actually fly people from UK to Oz and you have to sit there in real time just cruising above the sea?

Im intrigued Can you slap it on auto pilot and just go and watch Eastenders / Prisoner Cell Block H?

i think you can speed it up a fair bit!!

My friend is studying aerospace at uni, hes sponsored by the raf and has his first stage of a liscense, he said that fs2004 is pretty realistic, and when i went to his he just took it off and perfect landing, that was his 2nd time on the game.

Yeh i would enjoy playing it as a real life game, but things like battlefield etc keep me more occupied

autopilot is active for the majority of teh flight, and you can sit there for the whole time, but i have never done anything that long, you can speed it up but i prefer not to. you have to be around to make changes to altitude, talk to ATC if need be, as well as monitor aircraft and weather conditions, but yes you can fly from anywhere to anywhere. there are over 26,000 airports in the game.
