Ive been looking around, and gettin some insurance quotes, i think middle of next year, ill be buying a Escort RS Turbo
Never owned a Turbo
Good choice or not, just want to know what u lot reckon here?
So my GSI is up for sale middle, end of next year i think......

They are very old cars now mate and you'll need to pay top dollar for a good clean example, they do look good but they're is better cars out they're for the money

Next year, ive got around 7k to spend on a car mate
Just want a small lil car with a turbo, renault 5 gt turbo
fiesta rs turbo
escort rs trubo

Was looking at the leon cupra R, only group insurance 16 1.8 turbo?

Ive been looking at rs turbos pushing 190bhp, proven, t3 turbo, repspray, and engine rebuild, n all that, Basically mint. 2.5k, he wants, thats what made me want one 18psi

What 0 - 60 are they standard ? 6 -7seconds? I do like the leons

Not to sure about the stats but they are very easy to tune and are very well built (vw/audi engines)

If you do go for the Leon then make sure its the 210 or 225 bhp version as both are nearly identical, Insurance is more expensive on the 210 because it dosnt have the added bonus of a Tracker which the 225 has

O right, i wont have a test drive now, as i know ill want one, so i think ill wait till next year then ill be test driving one. Sure the vaule will drop on them then Im sure Seat are offering a 0% finance on some cars arent they? Seen adverts on tv, dont know for this model tho

The price will drop quite a bit on the Leon now as the new one has just hit the showrooms, not sure when the cupra R version will be released

hmmmmm well sort of

get a S1 RST, it will never lose money, is allready considerd a bit of a classic and will only appricate

then get somethign to use in the winter etc, dont ruin the S1 and all will be well in theory
