starting to get the engine back together with some bits i got from regal.

spec when its finished should be

recon let from vx
0.9mm steel headgasket
9 litre fmic
nylon oil pressure relief valve
regal uprated clutch
high flow fuel pump
rod bolts
hybrid turbo with 12-14 psi actuator
regal phase 3.5 kit
4.5 bar fuel pressure regulator

and i now have no money so thats how it will have to stay for a while

i still have to have the shell painted before i can fit the damn thing to

Good! I started with an uprated internal pump, which wasnt flowing enough, just banged a big external one on

Was gonna advide you against the internal one if you did want one!

Could Regal Port/Polish my head??? Would you recomend them? I hope you do cos its only 1/2 hour up road and I want to get Phase 1 under way

Guy on MIG is very talented head guy. He did Mykes head, so u2u him to get details if Regal can't do it

what pump you using mate? im also going to be running phase 3.5 mines about ready to go in now can pick external walbro pumps up on ebay for reasonable price
