mine goes on eating out and petrol mainly, its only a part-time wage and i have a few direct debits going out, phone, broadband, gym, insurance, so there generally aint much left. i like a nice steak or a good curry though, sadly they arn't cheap.

£75 clothes
£30 cds
£165 loan
£60 rent
£120 car insurance
£100 alcohol
£100 petrol

leaving me with about £65

edit: forgot broadband £15, and my dental care £10

leaves me with £40!

£350 rent
£75 petrol
£11 internet
£50 bills (although electric/gas are quarterly)
£75 council tax
£35 student-loan repayment
£300 credit-card repayment

Car insurance is paid lump-sum annually, so can't really add that in either...

Outgoings tends to be just under £1k/month, incomings is a nice amount over £1k, so I'm comfortable for the moment......still want to get out of renting, though, and buy a house.

Stay in city centre so can walk to the shops
Walked to my mums a few times which took me an hour and a half each way lol!
Just use the car when I need to go somewhere far so dont use up much petrol at all
