2 days into the engine swap, and this is all i've managed to do so far, still waiting on bits from vauxhall and pipercross ( joff) so i can properly get going
my car now looks hard
and has no central locking!

it took a while, but i realised something was different
gotta pop all the water hoses off now and get the fluids out, then hopefully get the engine out tomorrow morning

Is it just me, or does taking those inner lenses out make the car look cross-eyed?

im assuming u have taken off the anti roll bar? so the bottom of the suspension strut is free to move about. theres enough play in it to pop the shafts out
i tied them up level-ish again after id removed the engine tho, to relieve stress on the cv's and bearings etc
