have been thinkin about what mattb has been saying...

if i buy a corsa with a fucked engine say a V-reg for cheap then just drop my engine/gearbox into it

that way i get all the electrics working fine, windows, A HANDBRAKE

what you think ??

yeah midas have had their wicked way with the car..

but this time i will leave it standard looking as im getting sick of modded cars (like thundercorsa) i dont even like the look of the car anymore

i just want a powerful corsa

Do it but take your time looking for a genuinely good shell, with decent engine, then just swap the lumps over and sell your current car on with new engine...

i want something kinda new..

but i will have to change the wheels as the brakes wont fit and the wheels just wouldnt be stable.. so it looks like i might be getting some SPEEDLINES

For those who havent seen the inside of steve's car, let me start by saying that its fucked.

At Santa Pod me and Matt H were looking through his rear window inside the car and Matt said...

I....I can see the road!.

That thing is a deathbin, it will be a fucking massive shame to bin the shell with that rad paintjob but its for your own safety.

my car has had the special midas touch as u know - and is now just about falling apart...

Thunder corsa will be missed im sure - but what a sleeper it could be..

I know of a gsi shell, seam welded under bonnet, comes with dash, doors, axle i think, painted under the bonnet in mg zr blue,

GO for it removed the midas logo then too
