Getting picked up tommorrow to go and see if it is a write-off.
i was driving along a 30mph A road when an old woman pulled out of a giveway as i was passing her ploughing into the side of me sent me side ways with my back wheel smashing off the central reservation.
had a look at her car 4 old women in it lol all of the windows were steamed up apart from front windscreen.apparently shes had a history of crashes
100% her fault anyway.bit gutted was goin up town to drop a dvd off at blockbusters 
see what happens what do the insurance pay you if its wrote off?book value?value that u have it through the insurance or what?

valued on insurance at £3300.
not coming out my insurance's pocket at the end of the day they claim it from hers so im hoping as close to that as possible.be lucky though.
not sure never dealt with anything like this before.

probably will write it off mate tbh.the insuarance company will normally pay book price for it unless you have an agreed valuation for the car with all mods

was badged up as a 1.0 12v.
mods are included and its valued at £3300 so we shall see how it goes.going to try buy the car back if it is a write off anyway

oh nice rear beam will sort out the fooked wheel... might be able to sort out the rear 1/4 with a bit of banging with a hammer.

yeah if u ask them.im sure its a percentage of what they pay you u have to pay for the car eg 15% .
dont think the insurance will fuck about though its fleet insurance via my dads business he pays over £10000 a year insurance lol so they shouldnt be fucking about.
but................we shall see

well like you say all mods are declared and that, and its 100% her fault, there should be no probs, casnt belive women drivers tho, they are totally oblivious, if you get in your car and all your windows are steamed up, why would you proceed to drive without demisting them? or they probs didnt know how to do it and just carried on driving, what a prick. fucking lovely car aswell
make sure you squease every penny out of it, liek time of work and stuff
