I beleve this is the one i need, mounted on a lower alternator bracket i have on order, anyone confirm this is correct...for non PAS or Air Con on a 1.4 16v..
This one is off my 1.6 but i really cant remember where

i didnt have a tensioner on mine, i had a bodged up alternator bracket wich utilised the alternator as a tensioner

sounds erm inventive i dont even understand the alternator bracket bit, the bit ive bought i dont understand how its going to work at all

exactly what i done took a few belts and some trial and error to get it right though

the 1.6 one came off the engine mount... and can only be used in conjunction with a mechanical pas pump

Right just walked to vauxhall, took me 2 hours there and back
However got the bracket looks right gotta wait for the correct bolts to come up but what do you all think 
Trying to work out how the fcuk it mounts onto my car now though ...

right heres the fun bit..... geting the altenator off....
you need to get the exsisting altenator bracket off and put this one onto your engine....
space is not going to be on your side and you are going to look like
this-- before your finished...

all i can say is have fun taking the alternator off, and be prepared for freezing cold, cut to ribbon hands

its a bit of a pain but its not that hard if your patient
you need to get at it from underneath... I.E get the car up on axel stands....
you dont need to take the altenator completly off just the bracket that holds it ...

top circle... alternator bolts there
bottom circle... obviously tensioner bolts there
