Well i paid £90 for the pair, but as adults their worth around £250 each.

They eat all sorts, crickets, locusts, wax worms, then just about 90% leafy veg ( some lettuce, carrot, kale, roquet, cress,) lots of fruit too.

They are interesting bart.. I always fancied a snake myself, however i have been leaning more towards some dragons recently..

How often do you feed them?

Do you have to clean them out? Like change gravel etc? How often would you do this?

Do you ever handle them?

I feed them about 2-3 times a days, but it varies if i work a long day etc. They have started to accioate me with food now, so when i get back from work, they rush to the tank to see me cos they know they're gonna get fed, its pretty cool.
I handle them as much as i can, beardies are very tame and enjoyed being handle (ask Vxgirl). they dont bite or anything, i try to hand feed mine alot too.
i clean them out about once a month i guess, mainly dependant on the state of their tank. I try to keep their tank as clean as poss everyday, i.e cleaning out dead crickets which didnt make it, dead veg, even cleaning out their poo

not if you keep them clean. themselves they are quite clean animals. Their poo as started to smell a bit lately, so i get shot of that as quick as i can. so generally its not smelly in the room.
If ive had a long day at work, and they've had a bloody big poo under the hot lamp (which they tend to do now :mad the hot lamp keeps the poo nice, hot and smelly, so i have to clean that up.

most lizards the more you handle them the better, the more they will get used to it and not be so timid. Lizards are fairly clean craetures and shit on the same place so you can just clean the one corner most of the time though you do need to do complete cleans every few weeks or so.

My leopard geckos were fed approx 5 crickets a day
