Apprently went a bit to fast round a roundabout which i dont belive i did but anyway to be honest the guy was pretty sound... i was going probably a tad over the speed limit, its a duel carrigeway, my rear lights have no reflectors and my numberplate is spaced out wrong and he didnt mention either of them...
He basically just said to me i have two warnings this is my first if i get done again my car gets impounded
I thought they would have to issue me with something as my first warning ... ?
Anyone care to shed some light

no, he dont give you anything, it isnt a set rule that you get 2 warnings, thats basically his rule, they could give you 50 warnings if they want, i however wasnt that lucky, ha ha ha

mate they make up rules to scare you.
a lad crashed into me when i had my first car (he was at fault).... but as his car was a shed and mine was modified more tastefully, and i had drank 1 pint at pub about 5 hours earlier , so the copper tried to get me fucked for it ! he started bollocking me saying "you cant have 2 pints and still drive, its bollocks, u cant drink at all" lmao so i just sed yeah ok mate, then he breathalised me, it showed that i could have pissed more alcohol, and he was gutted.
trying to change the law to suit him, the cheeky mofo lol

Yeh Rob I got that once. What he meant was that if i got caught again that week driving too fast etc HE would issue me with the Section 59 warning. Then car can be impounded etc.

so you are driving illegal with illegal rear lights and number plates, you were going over the limit, you deserve to get pulled. For having stupid rear lights which you cant probably clearly make out when your braking i hope you get pulled again.

everyone jumps on the band wagon to bitch about them and so on but as soon as you need them for something i'm sure you won't be knifing the copper in the face
he has a job to do so let him do it, agreed if he pulled you over for something you didn't do and gave you a bit of a roughing up for no reason than thats not on but hey, life's not fair so live with it and just learn for the future

Your car will be taken off you.
It's called a section 59, caught doing anything stupid again they will impound your car as it happened to my mates Evo when I was there.
They don't just say it to shit you up they will actually do it, and you will have to pay a fine of about £100 to get it out.
Edit: I also have a section 59, I followed it all up in the police station for days and if you get 2, your car is taken away.
