.....stone chips etc on the motor way? I have a carbon bonnet and dont want to fuck it up when I drive to Santa Pod.

I am sure I have seen something that goes over the front but I cannot remember where I saw it. If anyone could let me know the best place to look, would be much appreciated!

Buy a bra for it. Not sure if they do one for the Corsa, but is worth a look.

I know loads of VW lads and lasses use them, even think Icy has one for his.

bra looks a bit messy, clear film is underrated

look on that site where ferrari hit pit wall and got dented, not a mark on the paintwork

I have a feeling that Airsteem costs a bloody fortune though... Guess it's worth it if you've had a respray though...

I haven't got a carbon bonnet but on my car I've never bothered with any sort of protection from stone chips. I'm just going to get it resprayed but its taken the bonnet 75,000 miles to get to the sort of condition where I'm wanting to get it resprayed. Could see why you would want to protect if you had flip paint though as would be hard to get a good match.

If you get the proper stuff done properly then it will have a warrenty so you don't need to worry about stuff like that because it's ot your problem...

You sure they will put it on for you and guarentee it though?? as James's bonnet looks sooo nice would be a shame if it got fubared up

James as in me or do you mean some one else

Um, I dunno what to do. I dont want to smeg my bonnet up with film thats going to (potentially) mist up, then again I dont want my bonnet to get chipped to buggery

What to do?!

let it get chipped and have it relaquered every few years when the chips get bad... if its possible to have it relaquered anyway...
