Argh... had a nice day yesterday, so i thought i would make the most of it and got the Autoglym out. Washed and waxed the corsa, very happy. come out today and there's a pigeons dinner over the roof, window and bonnet. Just wondered how long on average peoples' cars stay clean until the same happens? (mine lasted about 12hrs)

In winter it only needs to be driven 2 miles up the road and its dirty.
Was even worse than that on a couple of occasions, couldn't read the rear numberplate, took ages to get clean
In summer it hardly gets a spot of dirt on it but still gets washed every weekend and polished

Photo was taken on phone so quality isn't great but it doesn't look as clean today. forgot to mention it rained so watermarks etc. and the rain didn't even wash the bird's doings off

i'd say driving when your car's clean is nice but cleaning always feels a bit of a chore. Still it could be worse i could have THAT car that you see on the motorway... CLEAN ME... (ORIGINAL

My car spends most of every Winter like this. No point cleaning it, it gets dirty within a day.

yes but if they have dodgy stomachs there will be even more things coming straight out of them, so more chance of them doing the business on ya car again,
its a Vicious Circle lmao

I very rarely get bird shit on my car thank god!
Always wash it off as soon as I notice it before it starts fucking the paint!

What???? no seagulls in Grange Matty??? you must stay out of their way Thats why i was partly annoyed about that bird shoot, because i had to clean the car for the second time in two days, to get it off
