Has anyone else used these ????
I bought some MHW rear lights and they sent me a confusing email about not having stock .. But did i want them to contact me when they had stock : Well Yes cos id paid for them thru my credit card ...
Anyone else used them ? Thanks

i used them for my fk coilovers and it took them bout 6months to get them 4 me, waste of time if u ask me!

I've ordered the MHW lights also, the e-mail you get is just telling you they are not in stock at the moment,
Gary won't take the payment from your credit car until they are in stock and ready to send.
Had a good chat with him the other month about these, hopefully be in stock soon

Sent them an email regarding my fks.... havent had a reply gonna give them a call monday. Said they will have them instock early march was just wondering if they have been givin a date as i have payed...
Really are a good company and its well knowen so i aint worried sure a call will fix it out

Seems like every1 thinks there alrite so ill give him a ring tmoz, so i can get rid of these lexarse lights and jus hit them with a hammer

yeah i used them to buy head lights an waited 5 weeks an still hadnt come then i contacted them just for him to say they had none in stock.....
havent used them since

i ordered rear astra lights, money came out of my account 5th january, still havent got them, poor communications aswell IMO.

I got my rear lights the day after I ordered them 
That was October last year though and they just happened to have them in stock

I have spent a lot of money with Rimstyle and Gary has always been very helpful. Money has never been taken until goods were ready to despatch. Only thing I had to wait for was my MHWs because they were waiting for them to come into stock, which was fine by me
From my experience, always a good company to deal with and Gary is always the first person I contact when I want something for my car.

order MHW Taillights (took money off account) got an e-mail few weeks after saying they weren't in stock and will be back in stock in next couple of week's, 3 weeks pass not heard anything e-mailed again and said they will be another 3 weeks, i e-mailed back asking for a full refund, said it would be given 2 weeks ago, i still have not recieved anything yet.
but i did order headlights off them twice and got them fairly quickly.

top company, they explained once i emailed them, that they had to wait for my coilovers to get made up and despatched by FK in geramny as i had silverlines not the normal highsports, but they r good company imo

they have an e-mail service i expect a company to use them and i was just expressing what has been done, i shouldn't HAVE to phone a company with an online e-mail service.
and moaning on here? someone started this thread and with all companies there is good and bad.

i asked for a refund, they e-mailed me twice saying that i would recieve it. (2 weeks ago)
i totally understand the first time was due to the fact the item was not in stock and they have a massive back order on the MHW Taillights.
first couple of time's i did business with them was fine, fast delivery, answered all my e-mails etc.

well I dunno then. I had to wait for my MHWs but money was never taken!
Seriously though, phone them tomorrow, you will get to the bottom of it much quicker than if you too and throw with emails.

I ordered my MHW lights on 7th Feb,
Gary said would, would be 4-5 weeks so I'm expecting them soon, no money has been taken that i'm aware of yet.
But i want my lights soon
