Hey All,
Kept this a little quiet a little..
Start of Jan I had a phone call from Barton at Total Vauxhall.. They were interested in looking at the car and asked to feature it.. They said one of their guys would contact me to arrange a day..
2 days later I get a call from Simon Dodd and we arranged a date 2 weeks away. Weds Jan 14th. This gave me just 2 weeks to get my car in the condition of it's life... That day I took my car off the road and did not drive it for 2 weeks.. The car was washed, polished, all wheels off, under arches cleaned.. New mods understaken and completed... And Thankfully at 11pm the night before the shoot the car was finished...
Dougie (Did the write up) and Simon Dodd (took the photos). I owe a HUGE thanks to these two guys who spent most of the day with me, taking pics and interviewin me about the car..
I am super pleased with my feature and all the hard work, and stupid amounts of money spen kind of feel worth it now!!
As above there are a few new mods to the car.. You can see them in the mag!!

Have to say I am pretty pleased with the car..
I was really worried even know I keep the car clean.. and basically cleaned it everyday for 2 weeks prior to the shoot the photos would still find / show up some dirt..
You often see features.. Car looks good but then you find a dirty area etc.. Makes it look shoot imo.. Anyhow.. Think my hard work paid off!! little bit of water on exhaust from the road where it was wet, but that's it!!
shame it rained on the day!!

Maybe..
Orginally I was not going to be in the mag until May / June time..
I did'nt even get a pic at the front of mag eithe... just a comment "Irmscher'd Corsa" or somthing..
The april issue was basically complete when they decided to go and chuck my car in there.. So I think that is why I don't have a pic at the front etc..
Anyhow, I don't care, Dream come true to get it in there!!

Nice work Peeete. I know how much effort you put into keeping the car in that standard so I am looking forward to seeing this
You tease though. I want to know what the mods are, but WH Smith is miles away

I got it from WHSmiths in Camberley today...
Bought 4 copies.. 3 are going a frame for my house.. 1 is on its way to Germany for my mum and dad

I'd love to have a cover car or even a feature. I can imagine rolling up to the shops in the car and picking up the magazine with the picture of my car on the front, it would be kinda cool
