Im looking ot buy some 18"s for my calibra, prices vary wildy, ive seen a set id like mae by BBS but they are £1099 for them inc half decent tyre.

What size are your wheels and how much did you pay? got a company you want to reccomend?

Vauxhall (astra IIRC) - £80 from scrappers with 3 new tyres and 1 good tyre + £20 paint from halfords

bbs are expensive

i think a set of phase2 vectra gsi alloys would suit it well or a set of 18" mk5 astra turbo rims

£350 for my 16s when i worked at PVD
£620 for my MOs, from wheelbase, with tyres
£0 for my pro races, as they came with the nova

yeah i know BBS are expensive, just wondered if anyone spent that much on wheels.

Payed £745 for my 17"s on the corsa, just seems an awfull lot to spend on wheels. but they are soooooooo nice

The £1000+ price tag of the 18" BBS and Irmscher alloys I wanted for my Astra put me off them for now.

700 for 17" Dare V1's on Corsa

850 for the ones on the MR2...cant remember what they were

Scooby I bought with dead tires....sold the old speedlines for 120

280 for 1st set of BARGAIN Turinis (6 months old - almost new tires) on scooby (sold them 1 year later with dead tires for 450)

2nd set of Turinis 4 months old (white this time) 550

Erm, 504 quid with Toyos for the rims, then another 40 quid for Mcgard Tuners as needed the thinner head on them.

i paid 200 for the t12's with 2 basically new tyres and 2 that had 1k left in them.
