How bloody scary!! Exciting at the same time though! Looked round it a couple of times now and I want it!
2 Bed Flat is up for £84,950.
I have just placed an offer of £81,000. Will see how things go!!

Most 2 bedroom apartments around here go for like £110k+ and it is certainly not the nicest place to live!

That is the absolute rock bottom for a flat in Norwich, a 2 bed flat is usually 110k.
2 bed apartments in the city are 130-150k

the house next door to me is split into 2 flats with 2 beds and they both went for around £174k

Flat is not in the City mate, a few miles outside. Can only really afford a really shitty shoebox of a flat if I wanna live in the City, so I have to compromise! Hence having a diesel clio!!

most flast round here are 150k+ to buy and thats in a shite hole, nicest flat in city area is like 200k
and its like 600 quid to rent
i harte living down south eveyrthing is really expensive

wow thats bloody cheap, i put an offer in for my first flat at the weekend of £85k and this is for a one bed. Never got it, went for 110K. Gutted

Estate agent has just called and the vendor wants a bit more than £81K.
How long shall I leave it before phoneing back and offering more?!

depends how bad you want it, are there other people interested? Do you think its going to hang around? some of the houses in my area were only on the market for a couple of weeks then gone.
Can you afford to offer more? are there any other properties you looked at, worth going for?
