Same setup/location to the track i was on sat....

Crail Airfield, 8th July, 9:30am till 2:30am

There is 1/4mile racing afterwards if you want too.

Its about a 1.1mile track, big runoff areas.

Its £35 quid to get on, entry is free for spectators.

You can do either...
Its generally not that busy so paying on the day is fine...just get there early

if i had something worth taking i'd do stuff like this.

don't get people with modified engine/brakes/suspension a bit of performance etc that don't go on tracks

I agree with 3cm and AK, I honestly don't see the point in having a upgraded car if your never going to use it.

Everything I've done to mine, I've justified with 'well it'll be better on track' and it is

I do track days as often as my wallet can afford, the crail thing sounds awesome - but it's too far and I'm out on castle Combe again on 22nd of july.

It does make me laugh the sort of people who say 'they will' just 'not yet' and never do.

I wish we had something like that down here. It's about £30 for a small 15 minute session on most tracks here, let alone open pitlane for a few hours!

knockill SIDC days are about £90 for 4hrs of open pit... That is a much much better track.... but it tends to be busier with less space for drivers still learning the limits of their cars etc
