one off built its just a pre 97 with a new grille and wide wheels oh and can't forget horrible mirrors

banded steelies will fail an MOT. and they only work on old VWs, like everything

widened steelies. they are cut in half, and have a band (hence banded) welded in

they will fail an MOT because the process involved in widening the wheel doesnt meet VOSA requirements apparently
