Well My ( Car Bra ) bonnet protector arrived from Germany today so i had to fit it asap as my car was naked and wanted some underwear and tbh i quite like it however everyone else in my household doesnt. My new ARB will arrive tomorrow so hopefully the coilovers will eventually be on this weekend.
OH Yeah !
Following on from the Lidl thread i popped in and spent £21 and got the above items not bad for the ££.

It stops it by covering part the bonnet up, might as well not have that part painted in the first place then

Me too. Like headlight protectors, they are ideal for long motorway trips when you know you'll get chips, and then you can take them off when you are back on minor roads or going to shows etc.

Rob, they fold in the opposite direction to the way they are loaded when supporting a car.

still the most pointless shittest unsafe idea ever.
I might invent a trolley jack made out of bog rolls. about as much use and just as safe

They are ideal as a back up device when you're already using your main axle stands.
They are perfectly good for supporting an engine or gearbox, and they can support the weight of a car if you have to remove a wheel for instance and need the jack for another car.

The foreman had a pair at the last main agent I worked at and they were fine.
We used them all the time.

car bra's are fucking pointless unless you spend days trudging through backroads in the outback, being overtaken by trucks doing 130kmh, spitting up boulders
