Well as some of you might know i have been building a nova turbo for about 3 years now so i thought i might as well show some of you the pictures.
IT used to look like this many moons ago at trax, ran well and had a rebuild XE in it with Omega pistons and just needing some throttle bodies:
But o no been a dickhead i decided to fit a LET, out came the mint XE and in went a rebuilt LET with low compression pistons and a F28. All it needed then was a set of phase chips.
Then i thought, o lets fit a bigger turbo and some proper management so on went a tubular manifold a big turbo and some autronic management:
Then off it went to my mates garage and JP for a new exhaust and some rear turrets:
While it was there i decided the rear arches looked a bit tatty so i did the decent thing...
And cut the feckers off.
Here are some of the pic's after it was painted:
As it stands now its got a autronic SM4 ecu, new engine speced by ian howel of area six and inlet fabricated by area six, quaife diff in the F28 and 330mm front disks and 310 rear disks.
Hopefully it will be finished one day!

One of my face progress cars on MIG went quiet for quite a while.
Is that a Handbrake rear caliper?

Rear calipers are just 2 pot wilwood ones, shud be fine with the standard shoes on the hand brake as the alloy bell has been lined with a steel insert for them to contact on.
Hopefully within 2 weeks the front wingsand bonnet shud be painted.

Fantastic project
I was worried that my project might take a few years with me going to uni etc but this is proof that if you persevere its worth it in the end

slam panel's get cut on for easier access the front of the engine, for if you need to do something, just makes life easier,
it will be removable so will bolt back on when needed
