I was thinking of this last night, and thought it would be good for the EA lot to get together for a night out, get drunk, have fun, spread the CS word, increase the activities/realtions within the region, and importantly make the other regions jealous! 
Now, time will need to be decided democratically amungst the lot of us. I suggest a saturday night in December as it's always busier for the Xmas period. From my experience last year, had a load of good laughs going out during this time 
Location: well I'm going to make 2 suggestions, and see which one suites the majority, other suggestions welcome
Suggestion 1:
Ipswich ( - Kerry  )
Plenty of bars and a choice of clubs to go to. I can get a guest list at most places, I know the place and the clubbing scene well. If it were in ipswich, I'd just go home at the end of the night, there are many B&B's and Cheap hotels (Novotel, Travel lodge) availiable, of course its your own responsibility to arrange the accomadation (NO ONE CAN STAY AT MINE - Unless you're an uber fit female) Ipswich is a good night out, but as most things, it is what you make of it.
Suggestion 2:
Norwich:
Highly rated night out, I've been a few months ago, really enjoyed it. I can contact clubs concerning a guest list, but cant be so sure as i am for a guest list in an ipswich club like zest. I'm sure accomadation is more readily availiable being a bigger city than Ipswich. However, If my sister allows it, I will crash at hers.
This can be an awesome night, we all get along, and I have heard how much Kerry and Shane like their Vodka
Please add your name to the list stating which suggestion you prefer, or your own suggestion for a night out.
PLEASE NOTE: I'm aware there are uner 18's in the region....This will have to be an OVER 18's ONLY. I don't want to sound harsh, but it wont be fair on the rest of us if the under age person(s) can't get in, it will slow the night down a bit, and I for one dont like leaving mates on their own at night time.
edit: I dont see why i can't open this up to surrounding regions, or the whole of CS...it will raise the profile of EA, and will give the North West/North Wales lot a run for their money

Im in for either place i aint been to Ipswich so would be awesome would just need to look into hotels
Alternatively we can do Norwich and all crash at ours
Maybe look to do both????

also ryan air are currently offering free flights of which include dublin from stansted which me and my mate are currently planning for i possibly think the first weekend in dec if that can be avoided where convenient
