Get one of those dent master people to come and get the dent out.

My stepmum managed to cave both the passenger side doors in when she was parking Dads MK5 Golf so got one of those dent people round to pull them out and they came out, no creases, no paint needed

I reckon if I take the rear wiper motor out I should be able to bang it through from the inside, that or it should pull out with a plunger. Reckon I should heat it up first?

Reckon you should get the professionals to do it before you make it worse.
