Care to explain it in anymore detail? If you haven't received the money why has he/she got the spoiler?

basically it was sold to a guy called kurtis or korsa as he's known on here. he owed me the money and i have emails to prove it. he decided not to have the spoiler so another member who is his mate had it and we switched the deal. he then dissappeared when i turned up to a meet when he saw what i looked like thinkin i was annoyed wheras i was happy to let him pay when he was ready. now he is ignoring me and has done for months. i find it insulting and my patience is running out. i'm a very busy guy but not too busy to visit him.

He owes me money as well

At PVS 04 (Yes, thats 2004) he bought a scuttle panel off me. Didn't have any cash on him so he said he'd come find me later when he'd sorted some

Just after PVS he said he'd send me a cheque - never got it

Then I kept reminding him, he said he would send it

Then he said it wouldn't fit, this as after almost a year!
I said fine, I'll have it back then. He said to get it back I could either pay postage or come & collect it. Other option was get it from him at a show - he hasn't been to any since

I'll get it back one way or another, in the form of money, scuttle panel or some other means....

i think you should both go round and either :

a) claim the money
b) claim his parts (your parts)
c) take the fuckers car and have the debt in the payment of fun. Strip down and sell his car in peices. That way the interest he owes you should cover it. Any problems just say it was a larger %APR due to his credit history

Go round to his house and see him, if he's not there tell his folks (assuming he lives with his folks) that you want the money for it and to pass the message on,
