I Currently drive a 1.2 16V 1999 sxi and i can move when it wants to put i just need abit more power does anyone have any ideas what mods might quicken it up abit? cheers guys!

Don't talk crazy, those type of mods would cause the car to burn up on full accelleration

or strip it, get the black and decker leaf blower on the air intake and add some serious BHP. then get black and decker decals on the car

Well id get a bigger engine but my insurance is allready sitting on £2700 with my mods listed coz im 18 and not had a licence long!

Someone on a VXR forum who had a 1.2 said he folds his back seats down to even out the wieght, inflates his tyres to 40psi, keeps his glove box etc clear, and the best one only ever puts £10 of fuel at a time, he claimed an 8 sec 0-60!!!!!!!!!!!!! PMSL It was hilarious but the poor fella was being serious, he took a pasting.

so ur paying an annual insurance which is nearly the value of the car. i think thats excessive.
