Due to various reasons me and my brother have decided to sell this corsa.
We purchased it about 7months ago when it wasent running, we got it all running up great and fine and have had many fun times but its barely used which is one of the factors its being sold.

Any way a spec and a few details of the car are as followed:

- Vauxhall Corsa
- 1996 Corsa B (LS Model)
- Flame Red
- C20XE Engine from Cav Gsi 1990
- Yamaha R1 Bike Carbs with custom made inlet manifold
- 181bhp @ 6576rpm (with proof from rolling road)
- 163 lb/ft @ 5226rpm (with proof from rolling road)
- Pipercross Dome Filter over Carbs
- Fuel Pressure Regulator providing approx 3psi fuel pressure to bike carbs
- Mechanical Distributor
- ECU-less Ignition and Management
- Manual Choke
- F20 Gearbox
- Bottom end rebuilt last year which included new oil pump, new pistons+rings, rehone on bore, new bearings, new timing belt + rollers, head gasket set, water pump, oil filter and spark plugs fitted.
- Alpha Sequential Gear Change Shift Light Box mounted on dash. Final Red light shift point set @ 6700rpm
- Uprated Heavy Duty driveshafts with lifetime guarantee from Justcorsas
- Cav. Gsi Front Calipers
- Jetex full stainless steel 2.5" exhaust fitted twin square outlet, mated to downpipe with a flexi coupler. no cat fitted.
- Oil cooler removed and cool running thermostat fitted.

- 67,000 Miles on Engine
- Approx. 52,000 on chassis
- Registered as a 2.0 16v on Log Book

- Cobra Cat 1 alarm and immobiliser with Remote Central Locking

- FK Highsport Coilovers Front and Rear
- Colour coded front and rear arches
- Colour coded door mirrors
- Colour coded rear door lock
- Bump Strips removed
- Clear side repeaters and orange bulbs fitted
- 15" Team Dynamics with good tyres on with lots of tread

- Tigra/Corsa Sport Dials
- Black Front door pockets replaced grey originals
- Black Rear parcel shelf replaced grey original
- Upgraded Kenwood Front Door speakers with Active Crossovers mounted behind door cards

- 10 Months MOT (passed with no problems at all)
- 3 Months TAX

Good Points

- It pulls really hard all the way through the rev range and is especially good towards the top of the range. It is noticeably different to a regular C20XE
- On full chat the Carbs and Engine sound fantastic
- Handling is pretty good on the coilovers even for a corsa. Bit of understeer if you try to power round tight corners but that is to be expected from such a heavy engine in a small car....
- Interior is in really good clean condition

Bad Points

- Some small scratches and Dings on the paintwork, small scratch on front bumper
- Some small rust patches under door sills
- Small cracks in the B post
- Rev Counter doesn't currently work due to no ECU on the dials but has another small rev counter fit
- Leaking from rocker cover
- Leaking from sump gasket
- Head gasket is on its way out
- Bike carbs need setting up as its running a bit rich at the moment so goes through a bit of petrol

Genrally it is a great car and an easy repair for someone and could be a very powerfull car for someone!

Car drives all fine and can be seen anytime.

Base Price: £1700 ono

I wasnt asking you to hold on to it, I was just saying that, dont be worried about not selling it, coz if you still have it next week, you have a buyer. no mention of holding, I would had just offered you a 50% deposit if thats what I was getting at

not running an ecu as stated above, its on a new ignition system, its made by H&H but a new uprated ecu can be bought and then you would have the rev counter on the clock working so you could get away with the other small rev counter!

By the way, the rev counter can be easily fixed, just need a to run a single wire from the -ve side of the coil, I had the same ignition system running on mine
