i can't make my mind up at all, since the xe went in its been fantastic i love it. Was ages before i put my subs back in and thats the thing should i take them out and take the back seats out and have it stipped or not.

if i was to strip it, it wouldn't be the whole lot just the rear. Thinking about it though it would look gash stripped with sport seats and stripped rear.

its your car, you have to live with it. You'll know better than us what you like/can put up with!
My opinion.... if its just being done because its 'cool' just now to strip, dont do it. If you really want the weight/performance advantage, do it

Thanks AK good honest answer. I think i am just being led because other peeps are doing it.
i know that if i did strip it i would regret doing it and moan.

You will defianately regret it then!!! My brother stripped his escort, completely, everything, for weight advantage but later wished he hadn't as it was his daily driver, for a weekend car it's fine, not everyday.

yup.... if its your only car it would be a ball ache with noise/no rear psgrs etc.

think i will have to ponder some more. stripped out cars are cold and you here every noise and tap. on the other hand they are lighter.

Mines done, you kind of learn to live with it as muppetsport said. It is cold and noisy but looks cool as feck. Who needs rear passengers anyways!!??

When i stripped the backof mine out felt abit quicker but the back end was twitchy as fook especially under breakin

I went out in it last night sat in and looked in the back, it looked so tidy and finished propely like a car should if that makes sense. Also ran the idea past the mrs and a few of my mates and we all came to the same decision
Its staying as it is!
