timing belt - £20ish
timing belt rollers - £40ish
new headbolts - £18ish
haynes manual, you probably have one already...
seriously its not so much a hard job, just fiddly!

yep, cambelt etc and waterpump got changed about 300 miles ago so realistically will i have to change it again
