Hi Guys, Not sure if this is in the right area (Mods feel free to move  )
Basically Mummy dearest said she will pay £65 towards some headlights. The depo ones on ebay can be delivered for £62 Or i can get the Arteb ones and pay the extra.
Which ones would you say are better from your experience? Are the artebs worth the extra money? Any pics of either on your cars would be appreciated

Doesnt really help my situation but FYI Plates are getting done this week.

Cant comment on the artebs but in 3 years of having my depos ive had no problems.

Vegasphil has had the smoked depo ones one for a couple of years now with now problems. I'm getting the clear arteb ones though as they will go better with my car.

I have FK's which are similar to the Arteb's.
I dont find them as good as the standard headlights at night but they aren't that bad.

Absoloutley nothing wrong with my Depos - And as Lee said, I've had them for a while!
If you have a black car though, get the FK's. They look so hot on black cars, Check Matty G and Dna's cars for inspiration!

After looking at Dna's and Matty G's, I am swaying towards the Artebs as they don't seem to show an orange glow
Can they still be adjusted up and down using the electronic adjuster in the car?

Mine can be adjusted up and down like normal. dont know about the artebs.
The orange only ever shows up in mine in photo's. Cant see it otherwise.
Artebs are probably nicer though.

Something you might want to bear in mind is that Arteb's/FK's are LHD only... so you will have to change to your standard headlights come MOT time.

Depos look better than Artebs but you need brighter bulbs in them to see at night

Artebs look loads better, Depo's just look dirty if you ask me. I'd defo go for the Artebs, I had some on my silver Corsa, have a look in my garage for pics.
